The Atlantis Technologies A-15400-XXX-PXXX Progressive Cavity Polymer Makedown System is a compact polymer feed system that can be constructed in multiple configurations to allow for varying capacities with a Sydex progressive cavity pump. This model features 4 sizes at a max neat polymer output of 0.6, 1.5, 6.0, and 12 gph.

The system is contained within a custom-built HDPE stand and is fully assembled and tested at our manufacturing facility.

A-15600-PS Atlantis Power Supply

The Atlantis Power Supply has been specifically designed to be the interface between a Keyence Ultrasonic Clamp-On Flow Meter and a Walchem I6 or I9 controller or directly to various chemical metering pumps. The board can also be used for various other sensors where 24VDC power is required. The selectable Relay or Pulse output mode allows the device to operate as a flow switch or a pulse output flow meter. The 4-20mA output of the sensor is also passed through to output terminals for easy connection to a controller or pump.

The Atlantis Technologies EM Series (A-155500) Polymer Makedown Systems are some of the most popular products we offer. These systems include a solution-aging tank to get the most efficient use of your polymer. Each system is sold as a complete unit with the exception of the solution feed pump, which must be sized and ordered separately for each application.

Four different sizes are currently offered, each with varying available configurations.
